We ordered a 2XL bed for a Saluki we had just adopted.
It took about 7 days to arrive in Scotland, but we could see through the tracking system, that the company had dispatched the item immediately.
Customer care was fabulous throughout and the company should be recognised for their care and attention to customers. The person who dealt with us was called Maria.
When Stanley’s bed arrived he took to it immediately and has been chilling out there since.
No more sharing our bed with a Saluki.

At first I was impressed with the softness but after a few weeks the bed has flattened alot, already has a hole in (dog does not scratch or bite beds) and after buying another bed elsewhere that is of much better quality for much less money, I cannot recommend this bed and wish I hadn't wasted so much money on it as her birthday present.

I bought 2 beds about 5 years ago and due to normal wear and tear, they need replacing. My girls love their new beds! Within a half hour of putting them out, they gathered some of their favourite toys and brought them to the beds! I think they wanted them to be comfy too!

I don’t usually write reviews but the deep sleep bed is one of the best purchases that I have made for my dog. It washes up beautifully and still comes out looking like new even after two years. Sophie loves her bed and the minute I take it out of the dryer and put it on the floor, she hops back into her bed.

Our mastiff mix loves it, she runs to get into it when we get in from walks. We bought both the original deep sleep and orthopedic beds for different rooms in the house and when shes not in one of them, the cats steal a snooze in the other. We can tell they love the beds because we're always finding them in these beds - the cats have had their usual sleep spots but they now choose to sleep in these and they all look incredibly comfortable!

Maverick thinks The Brooklyn is the BOMB!!!! This product is absolutely amazing! It is exactly as advertised. The hardest part was waiting for it to arrive! It fluffed up beautifully and took about 2 minutes for the puppy to fall asleep in it. I bought the largest size as he is growing so quickly. He loves it so much, I plan on buying a few more for different rooms. These are a good price, good quality and they work exactly as promised. we couldnt be happier!❤

Stan loves his new bed!
The bed arrived vacuum packed and once opened, it sprung to life. I let the bed do it’s thing for 24hrs, as recommended and as soon as I put it down for Stan, he flopped down it!

I originally purchased the bed for my 12.5 year old dog who for the last 11 years has chosen to sleep on the floor beside the 5+ dog beds I've purchased for her. Maggie’s bed arrived yesterday and I know I can say we both love the Brooklyn bed.
She settled in and immediately seemed to totally like it. Maggie is a little rescue. She settled right in and went to sleep. A deep sleep and was even snoring. I read so many positive reviews prior to purchasing product. My girl weighs 20kgs so I bought a 2XL sized bed, thinking it would give her extra room and comfort. Unfortunately, the base cushion has lost its bounce after only a few months of use. Im disappointed in the quality as these beds are not the cheapest. Was really hoping to find a great bed for my pooch.

It was honestly way too small. My dog is 135lbs and even curled up he hangs over. Do not step on it when walking over the stuffing is such that it slips under your feet. I went flying.

Chikka's last day; the cancer had spread rapidly, and she could no longer walk.
We ordered the bed the day we found out from the vet that she was sick. It arrived the afternoon she was due to cross the Rainbow Bridge.
Her last hours were spent on that bed in the sunshine and she fully relaxed.
Chikka's bed awaits the next pup when the time comes to return to the shelter to pick up another rescue dog.

Love it when a product is as advertised. My 9-week old golden retriever loves his big (for now) bed, specially when we join him on it, which we do often since it is so comfy. He takes little naps on it but seems to prefer a simple rug for lenghty naps. Not sure why. I'm also not sure the "calming effect" works on puppies. It seems to do the opposite actually and he attacks it a lot. Maybe this is better for dogs past the "spicy" stage. Lol. Delivery was super fast and I love that this is a Canadian company. I would love to see more colours!

I must admit that I was very sceptical about this bed. Even after reading the many great reviews; I still didn't think that Joey would take to it but astonishingly, our old boy has not left this bed in hours. I am so pleased for him. From start to finish, it was a pleasure dealing with this company. I never take the time to leave reviews but I chose to now in case it will assure others.
