How Returns Work

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your order.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return or exchange, items must be unused and not touched by your pet for hygiene reasons.

Special Notes

This policy does not limit any rights you may have any applicable consumer protection laws.
Brooklyn Nest and Ortho Pro Beds: These cannot be returned once the vacuum seal is broken, as they cannot be re-compressed.
Other Brooklyn Beds: You can open the packaging, break the vacuum seal, and fluff the bed to check size, quality, and colour — just don’t let your pet use it until you’re sure.
Items discounted 25% or more: These are considered final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged under change of mind returns.
Exchanged items: Our change of mind return policy applies once per original order. If we exchange an item for a different size or product, the replacement cannot be returned or exchanged again for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.

Any item touched or used by your pet

Important Info

Priority Dispatch: Shipping upgrades are non-refundable.
Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs. Please use a tracked service, as refunds can only be processed once we receive the item.
Resends: If an order comes back due to an incorrect address or customer error, a re-send fee will apply.
Wear & Tear: We can’t accept returns for damage caused by pets or household appliances (e.g. washing machines). This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty.

Our Tip

Excluding our Nest or Ortho Pro bed, we encourage you to open and inspect your order right away. If you’re happy with the size, colour, and quality, then pass it on to your pet. If not, you can return or exchange it as long as it hasn’t been used.
