Starting your dog on a memory foam bed early can also help with their development, protecting their body for longer.

Care information

Our Memory Foam Dog Bed range has removable covers for easy washing, everytime.

How to wash?
Simply unzip the cover, place in your machine on a gentle cycle, and dry outside (or in a dryer on low-heat). No struggling, no long drying times, just easy care.

What about the internal filling/waterproof liners? 
You shouldn't wash the memory foam in your washing machine, as this will cause damage to the foam core.

For liners, we recommend wiping them down when required.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of how these beds are packed, we unfortunately do not allow returns & exchanges for this item once the vacuum seal has been broken.

All beds still in their original seal are valid to be returned given it has been less than 30 days since delivery.

Do you offer returns & exchanges?

Due to the nature of how these beds are packed, we unfortunately do not allow returns & exchanges for this item once the vacuum seal has been broken. 

All Ortho Pro beds still in their original vacuum seal/original packaging (undamaged) are valid to be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Product Questions

How do I wash the bed?

This bed features removable covers on both the inner mattress & and the rims.

For Washing:
Simply un-zip the covers and place into the wash on a gentle cycle.

For Drying:
Place into covers into the dryer on a low-heat setting, or air dry for best results.

Note: The foam filling is not washable & does not need to be washed.

What is the warranty on this dog bed?

This bed comes with a 3-Year Warranty meaning if it sags or has any manufacturing defects, we’ll replace it.

Not that you’ll need it, because this bed is made to last much longer.

Can I buy this bed in pet stores?

No. Brooklyn® Deep Sleep Beds are sold exclusively online through our official online store only.

What is the beed made of?
